What it is?
They are designed to do stone profiling, to process and obtain big shapes such as arc stone lines, Roman columns, stylobate, and Vase shape colunms by using blades.
How it works?
This profiling machine can both adopt PLC/CNC systems. With the use of the PLC system, It can automatically do profiling through blades to cut stones with the program. It uses an inverter to control up-down rising and left-right feeding and adjusts the speed according to the stone material. With the use of the CNC system, the machine can achieve a higher degree of automation and higher precision cutting.
What is more?
1. There are two blades mounted on the spindle. Operators can choose either to use either one or two blades at the same time. Two blades used together can increase the working efficiency. One blade used allows the processing of a bigger item.
2. A rotating worktable can be equipped, which allows more shape processing.
3. Easy to use and maintain.
